You are so right!   Actually, that has begun.  The social media summit was a really good start in that direction.  We all wish you could have mde it!   Once the global research project is completed were going to have a lot of conversation internally about what it all means and what we can do with these learnings.

I'e got a lot of ideas, lets catch up soon and discuss -- I'd appreciate your thoughts...</description>

Glad to see this progressing well. How about you running an internal project on these lines too? Conversation "about SAP" is a good thing, but conversation "with SAP" is even better.
